Freedom is an Irish Surfing Association approved Surf School and all of their teachers are qualified lifeguards and first aiders.

You will kick-start your lesson with a quick land based instruction and safety tutorial before slipping into your wetsuit and warming up.

Next up the fun bit! Lessons take place in waist deep water so you'll feel safe enough to give it 100%. And you don't have to worry about having the right equipment because everything from surfboards to wetsuits and accessories are included in the deal.

Once you've mastered the waves it's back to the surf school for a hot shower and a warm cup of tea.
