My mother recoiled in horror when I handed her the remote control last night, apparently my nails are more cracked than my auntie Betty (and Betty is pretty cracked). And while my mother has a tendency to exaggerate I have to say on this occasion she hit the nail on the head.

A Shellac manicure paints on like a polish but dries like a gel, leaving your nails glossy and chip free for up to two weeks. There's a huge selection of colours to choose from and if you want to opt for a French polish you can do so for an extra supplement on the day.
But if you're looking paler than Casper the Ghost's albino cousin you might want to think about a few sessions on the sunbed. The turbo stand up sunbed will give you a great, even all-over tan. You'll have 100 minutes in total and the experienced staff at Crocs will advise you on the suitable length for each session.
