It's suitable for both men and women. Plus, anyone can take part regardless of their ability. The whole idea is that you're not thinking about working out. But if you want to crank it up a notch then head along to the Zumba toning class where weights are added to the work out - an easy way to zap bingo wings for arms that Jennifer Aniston would kill for.

• Tuesday: 10.30am - 11.30am and 7pm - 8pm
• Thursday: 11am - 12noon and 7pm - 8pm 

Zumba Toning takes place:
