If you choose the 12-week course you can also avail of an additional 12 fitness bootcamp classes (one class a week ). Held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the city Centre (just five minutes from Harcourt Street) the fitness bootcamp classes are designed to work on your overall fitness in conjunction with the self defence classes.
