We all love to eat but when it comes to whipping up a spur-of-the-moment dish, few of us are Master Chef material (unless a frozen pizza counts. It doesn't? Never mind then).

There is a choice of three different classes on offer but you must complete each level before moving on to the next. 

You'll be inspired by Mexican born head chef, Hugo Camacho, who has a passion for creating flavoursome dishes that really capture the imagination. His classes aim to teach you the basics of Mexican cooking while improving your confidence in the kitchen.

Learn how to make impressive dishes such as fresh corn tortillas, sopes (a corn based dish filled with spicy and savoury toppings), quesadillas, tamales (corn dough filled with meat, cheese and creamy rajas) and much more.
