The gym has over 50 pieces of excellent fitness equipment, including top of the range weight machines and free weights, and a TV and remote control with all cardiovascular equipment.
With the two class passes you can pick from a range of fitness classes such as Abs and Core, Box Fit or Spinning. Also make the most of their 18 metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Thursday:
- 1.15 - 1.45pm: Lunchtime Circuits BootCamp with Katie.

- 11.45 - 12:45pm: Indoor Boot Camp Course with Darragh.
