People say that paintballing is the most extreme of leisure sports around at the moment. They say it's one of the most intensive, fun and calorie burning exercises available. They also say that when you get hit with a paintball it hurts. Pffftttttt......... Well actually, all of the above is true! 

Cover me, I'm going in - €10 for a paint-balling session for group of up to five (100 paintballs each) or €15 for a group of up to ten (100 paintballs each) at Gauntlet Paintball, Nenagh. Not bad for a deal that usually costs up to €80.
